Shipping Information
Every ReplicaPrime order is shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Inside each box is a watch with an Asian automatic movement, 316L stainless steel case, and sapphire crystal — and we don’t ship it until it passes a hands-on inspection. We don’t promise miracles on delivery speed; we give you realistic timeframes and two genuine options. Here’s exactly how it works, start to finish.
Order Processing (5–10 Working Days)
Before any watch leaves us, it goes through a hands-on quality control inspection. That includes a recorded video of your specific watch running, which we send you so you can see it before it ships. This step takes time, and we won’t rush it.
- Processing time: 5–10 working days from payment confirmation
- What happens during processing: QC inspection, movement test, photos/video recorded and emailed to you, secure packaging
- Why it can take up to 10 days: We don’t ship a watch until it passes inspection. If a unit fails, we replace it and start over rather than ship you a problem.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping — EMS (Free)
- Cost: Free, included with every order
- Carrier: EMS (Postal service)
- Delivery time: 10–20 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: Yes, full tracking provided
Standard shipping is reliable and costs you nothing. The trade-off is simply time — postal networks move at their own pace, especially through customs.
Premium Shipping — FedEx / DHL ($39)
- Cost: $39 flat (selectable at checkout)
- Carrier: FedEx or DHL (our choice, based on route)
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: Yes, door-to-door tracking
If you’d rather not wait, premium shipping roughly halves the transit time and gives you tighter, more granular tracking.
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from Hong Kong. We do not have local warehouses in the US, EU, or UK — anyone telling you otherwise in this industry is usually lying. Shipping from Hong Kong is how we keep the price at $399.
Tracking Your Order
Once your watch ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to track it. If you don’t see that email within 12 days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us — we’ll resend it immediately.
Customs & Import
Here’s the honest part most sites bury in the fine print. Your package crosses an international border, and customs inspection is a normal part of that journey.
- Declaration: Packages are labeled as “Gift” with a declared value under $100
- Purpose: This minimizes the chance of import duties or holds
- Most orders: Pass through customs without any issue
What Happens If Customs Seizes My Watch?
If your package is seized or destroyed by customs, we reship it for free. You pay nothing extra — not a cent for shipping, not a cent for the replacement watch. The only cost to you is time, because the reshipment goes through the same transit process again.
We’ve delivered thousands of watches. Seizures are rare, and when they happen, we make it right. That’s the deal.
